Oh man last nite's 5v5 arena was fun!

But man, we were so ripped off on that one battle, where it was down to me and a rogue.....the frost shock to finish him off was resisted!!!!

I was sitting in stunlock/blind, counting my mana regen, and when at long last i had the mana for the last shock to finish the bugger off, it gets resisted!!!!!

Oh wells...

But we're learning now, getting better and better with every game. We all need to work on our gear though, more STAM!!!!! BEEFCAKE FTW!!!!!!!

i suck atm big time, but i put that down to last night being the 1st time i seen those arenas, so in time i guess we will get used to it. more practice is needed but i am happy with our 2 wins :) look forward to more 5v5, hope we get epix soon !! haha

hey i was just looking thru the rewards for the arena, and they look nice, but how long does it take to get say 1k points?? i suppose it depends on how much u win or lose, o wel, one day i might be wearing some epic mail.

This should help work out what points you get

Team cans it sitting around 1620 atm, it's not easy to keep your rating up, but it's worth it if you can maintain > 1500.

So to answer Zul - 1k points is 2 weeks if you can keep your rating above 1600 in 5v5, and 3 weeks if it's 1600-1400, and 4 weeks if it's 1100-1400.

Zul your fears are totally unfounded!

You'll have your first gladiator piece within 3 weeks, as long as we get some decent wins in. We're looking at 400-500 points easily per week (in a 5v5 team you get roughly 1/3 of your rating). If we can get back to teh 1500's we'll be sweet

Also just start looking for +stam gear. PVP healing wise, i've found, i just stack on my +dmg gear, add in my uber main hander for healing + a healing trinket, and that's more than enough.

Just keep spamming those lesser healing waves - with our shaman resist silence talents, i pity the fool who tries to interrupt those 1.5 sec heals (that'll go for over 2k minium)

I'm aiming to be a 10k hp, 700+dmg monster.... just need the shield and weapon! Btw look for cool PVP trinkets....i've got one that raises my dodge rating by like 10% for like 8 seconds i think...

Dun worry Zul, you'll get some nice epix in a matter of weeks for doin bugger all. I got mine after 4 weeks of only playing 10 games of 2v2 each week. (roughly 300 points a week). 2v2 teams get 70% of the points of a 5v5 of the same ranking.

Mind you I was just learning as well as our rating went down to as low as 1300 *gasp*. We're clawing our way back up to 1500 again and I reckon we can get ourselves into the 1600's even :p

But yeah, last night's 5v5 was fun. Very chaotic to start with, but it started to get more coordinated. lol. We're just new to it. Was so funny to spectate major taking on those 2 rogues at the end. I thought we'd lost it, then one rogue goes down and it's 1v1. All of us are there going:

"GOOO MAJOR!!!!"
"GOOO!!!"
"GOOO!!!"
....
"NO!! Don't let him stealth"
....
rogue stealths
....
"DOH!"

You almost had him again at the end too. sif stupid resists.
