Alterac Valley on it's holiday weekends would prolly give ya the most honor
But since you will need to get specific tokens from each BG for some of the PVP rewards, what I normally do is running whichever BG's are currently having their holiday weekends from Thurs to Mon. that way I get all the tokens and also a whole lot of honor.
A good AV run on it's holiday weekend for me will usually give about 700-800 honor. Multi-shot sniper ftw :)
Dates for the BG weekends are found here

i guess it depends on luck too.
Work out which BGs items you want first though - some of them will require say 20 or 40 tokens from a particular BGs. The easiest tokens to get IMO are from AB (for Pugs). AV are clearly the worst for tokens. Horde do OK in WSG and EoTS, but i find that it varies from night to night. The best honour I find generally comes from AV and winning runs of AB. EotS for me will yeild sometimes large amounts of honour from healing spam. WSG turtles are your worst nightmare.
IMO I find that a good healer will get a little more honour than a good dps machine. A good dps machine will get more honour than an average healer. A pvp tank/flag runner wont get that much honour unless you have a large amount of support and healers with you, otherwise you're better off dps/healing.
In a single non-bonus honour day, I could get about 6-8000 honour points from non-stop BGs, depending on wins. |
