Thanks for putting the spreadsheet up wilbow
We'll chop and change as necessary - i mean its a pretty good mix i reckon, however if you wanna go in the other team coz someone in your team smells or your buddy is on the other team, tell us and we'll sub peoples in and out.
Also if your not on the list and wanna get on it - feel free to edit it. However try to keep with the plan, and don't all go signing up for one team and not the other.
If you have a question mark next to your name its coz I don't know your skill/gear levels, and or what alts you could bring to the mix |

well Red team seemed to go ok last nite, a few hairy moments
That aside, it seemed that we lacked a MT type person on the blue team. That could just be coz bashie was busy, however having thought about it a little more, red team is short on pally's and blue team is short on druids (i.e. if bashmegood is in action, then bashtard is gone)
So i propose for next week we swap tyton for alectro, that way blue team gets a new MT, and blue team gets a backup MT/Main healer + awesome pally buffs. Also we need someone to take all the plate drops - we had like 3 last nite and no takers (including a 2handed sword - Despair)
Also I'm not sure if it was co-incidence but loads more of red team logged on early. But we did start kara with 8 people (tree had a buddy that came along)
If this continues to be the trend, we'll allocate more members to blue team.

yea it was a bit dissapointing last night for the blue team. one thing i want to suggest:
on the GMOTD we need to keep raid times up to date so whenever people log on , they can check this and if they know they will be unable to attend, either post on the forums, or send ingame mail to the raid leaders so we can try to replace u. last night we had 7 ppl waiting around for over an hour, hoping more ppl would log on. it just isnt fair to everyone who makes the effort to show up on time. i know we're not a hardcore raiding guild, but can we implement a penalty system for no shows??
say if u have said u are going to show up to a raid and dont show without giving prior notice, u lose your spot on the suicide list??
just a thought, but from past experince with DKP, it is a huge incentive to show up if u know u will lose DKP from not showing up. and i assume the same theory would apply to our list. i'm not talking about penalising anyone who doesnt show... just the ppl who have already commited to the raid, and dont show up with no explanation.
i am really dissapointed in team BLUE's attendance last night. i know people can be busy and RL always takes precedence over wow. but... well i think i have said my point. |

i haven't looked at the group list spreadsheet closely, but just wondering if there are any "rookie" line ups for back up tank/healer/priest(shaqs) . perhaps this has been discussed in previous post.
there will be times when someone won't be able to make it on the last minute or just bad luck with net connection issues and they are not able to notify anyone on time.
ideally each group should have players assigned to have the following:
2 Tanks + 1 Tank (back up / bench warming)
2 Healers + 1 Healer (backup / bench warming)
1 priest + 1 priest (back up / bench warming)
and perhaps work on a round robin process so that bench warmers get to be main tanks/heals next time around.
if we do have the numbers but some are not suffice to go due to kara attunement and inadequate gear, then may i strongly recommend that we take time (maybe a whole weeks worth) to run dedicate kara attunement and work out how to upgrade there gear (with heorics run or item crafting). i guess this would sort out issue filling gaps when people are unable to go.

Tree/Tyton/Major/Elgoro/Asterics/Serate/Bloody/Vitrolier/Kaza/Wilbow/Khayoz/Influxx/Arco/Horny/Blue/Donnie
Blue
Bash/Zul/Cece/Este/Alec/Stella/Milt/Kossy/Raptor/Mypns/Sweet/Darkjade/Gorite/Cecilaa
All others such as Jan/reknib/EQforce/Sniper/Shawne/Anne can sub in as they please
Each group has 2 people capable of being MT
At least 2 OT's
At least 3 healers (or people capable of healing)
In hind sight I may swap out into Me + tyton in group blue, and alec + Zul into red next week. I'll post up the change next reset
I originally thought bash + Milt + cece + alec would be perfect for the 2 tanks + 2 healers, however it seems we need more regulars on blue perhaps. |

Hi Guys
My Overlord has asked me to come to the slave pen on Sunday to deal with the ungodly masses. So unfortunalty I can't make Kara this Sunday untill after about 7.30pm so I may be able to sub if you guys are still going.
Zul I can appreciate you want people to be able to let people know if they are available to raid. However I feel your suggestion is a little harsh I have run Kara about 7 times for 0 drops which is why I'm no 1 if I were to go to the back of the list ... let's just say I would be a very unhappy chappy :( May I suggest some other form of punishment, say a gold donation to the guild bank :) we all love gold.
Sorry Zul you didn't know I couldn't come on Thurday night I thought...by mistake... that everyone allready knew I could not raid on Thursdays due the the time it starts and also a ban by the Grand High Mistress over instancing during the week.
Ok now just to let everyone know I will not be able to Raid Thursdays. Unless by some subclause my Overlord Master lets me free for a Friday if this happens you'll know belive me haha.
Sundays I can and will do my very best to join my fellow horde brothers and sisters fight the unmentionable evil that lies within Kara or someother den of unspeakable horror. We know of the new instance come since last godly interferance ... I know all in good time este *sigh*
