After some amazing selfless suiciding and from Wonju and a lending hand from Annebulance and Wellhard ... well he was there ... Missagony scored her epic mount. Thanks guys!
Now i just wanted to say my full respect to those pre-BC locks out there as that quest to get the epic mount must have been pure unadulterated carnage when everyone was lvl 60. |

aww bash, i was sort of waiting for u to be up2 the same part as me for the epic mount quest!!! o well, guess u wil prob reach 70 b4 me aswell..
just a note, anyone who can help out with the mats for the final part of the quest, i would pay them back in hugs :) |

| mojo, its not the arcanite i need... its the final summoning mats i need ( u buy them in strat), but if a nice lock already has the mats.... :) i wil pay for a run... heres looking at u wonju... |

Being resto has its fun times, but sometimes you just need to destroy a whole instance of creatures.... kinda balances out all that healing i've been doing :p
Oh btw guys - stock up on strathholme holy water, apparently we can use it on the skele's and if everyone throws a pot of holy water, apparently they go down uber quick!!!! |

Yeah, I'm happy to go anytime. Having anne there was probably more useful then me. it's just a long fight. It's worth going in overprepared since nobody wants to find out what it's like to fail. Plus, clearing those pylons is annoying even for 70's. |

You dont buy them in strat. They are sold by the dude in Searing Gorge who gives you the quest now. Its just the DM run you need.
I can bring missy for the summoning mats, but you'll need a 70 healer as well as Wonju ... i know ... I've seen him in DM b4 muahahah. Maybe if he brings elgoro it'd be ok but you'll need another 70 DPS. The event is actually pretty full on. I did it with wellhard, Anne, Wonju & missy and it was pretty busy at the end. It must of been hellish when everyone was 60. |

whoops, yea ok, its from DM not strat... i cant remeber which guide i was using, but one of the guides said i needed to buy the summoning items from INSIDE the instance.... but i think i get it now... another trip to searing gorge and a DM run and its hapy sailing.
omg i have been so slow to lvl gawk. he is at 64 now. the last few days i have managed to play i have spent trying to lvl my tailoring. i got it to 340+ and now i can concentrate on lvling him again. cant wait til i can make myself the Frozen Shadow weave set. my only issue with this set is that it is only frost and shadow +dmg... and some of my spells are fire, while most of em are shadow.... but i am an afflitoin lock, always have been and its the style i like to play. when i hit 70 i will experiment with specs until i am happy with it. |

You used to have to do strat to get to the alchemists lab. Now you can use the the alchemists lab in shatt. Don't drag 4 guildies to strath like I did.
Fire is pretty much only worth it in if you take destro. That might be nice for your alt if you only plan to use him in raids. |
