Tue Nov 20, 2007 9:54 pm   Just a quick note on the kara teams

Since its holiday season and everyone is busy with real life, I'm putting the red/blue kara teams on ice....

We can start up again when the general opinion and dependable numbers are available.

In the mean time we'll be sticking with our current raid schedule (i.e. Thursdays and Sundays) But since everyone will be in the same raid, soon as we have 10 keen people online we can rock up to kara :)

ZA raids are a bit ad hoc atm - and mostly due to heavier gear requirements. I reckon ZA runs will happen more as more people gear up

i.e.
Kara - occasional green (say one or 3) + mostly blues is acceptable
ZA - mostly epic with a few blues is acceptable (and ok the odd green you just can't seem to replace)

(p.s. Cece get your butt back online for Arena!!! )

What makes you think it will be any better than the other Telstra offerings?

My work hosts a fiber optic hosting exchange with them now - as a result, we sort of control the NextG connection through our own hosted network.

Still havent worked out if this is a good thing or a bad thing....

Hehe. Well, better the devil you know then the devil you don't, i suppose.

It's been a while since I ruled the Wetlands boat. I spent last week doing cannonball runs down Refuge Point. So many ally noobs out there.

STV, Feralis and Azshara are the definative places to fish. Fishing anywhere will give you skillups (lakes never go "grey"), but those places give you fish you can still use.

Important note: When you complete Pagle's quest make sure to stand next to him and fish till you SKILL UP. Fishing is reputed to be bugged like cooking, where if you don't advance immediately, you never can again.
