Here is a screenshot of my combat log after 3 shotting a warlock (ps: there is a 2.8k Seal of Command crit just above the cutoff)

i dunno, i find ret pally's are like stealth warriors - coz everyone ignores a ret pally, and when they actually realise they do a fair bit of burst, its probably too late...
Burst wise, you did about 4-5k burst dmg on me during our duels last nite and i'm in mail + shield, and that'll scale nicely on clothies
but yeah we need to find our groove again for PVP, we're not as mean as we used to be :( |

Pfft ... that's as a result of so many perfectly good healers pretending they can DPS and me running in and getting smooshed while they fight for second on the damage charts ...
At least we druids have the decency to change shape when we are not gonna heal ... all you see with a pally is a healer not healing :twisted:
Pallies are just priests who are too homophibic to wear a dress :D |

ROFL nice shot, although that lock defo wasn't geared in anything.
I wonder how ret would go against enhacement shammy for burst. I've occasionally seen Kaz drop warriors before I could even blink in our 2v2 games. |

Ret pally's have ok burst.... but it looks quiet expensive e.g. during AB last nite, we came up on a few ret pally's guarding a flag
1v1 situation me vs a geared ret pally, i saw him blow about half his mana bar just to burst me down to 1/3 (i have near 10k health) After that he had to wait a bit to wind up for the next big hit (i.e. i think he was waiting on HoJ CD - during which time he had to bubble + heal)
I see the same thing when i watch most other ret pally's fights. As long as they have a single target and mana their good (not so good in sustained chaotic engagements)
If hammer of justice is up, their deadly, if its on CD, its kite city :)
where as a enhance shammie has the same burst, but may not live long enough to close in (due to not having any stuns) I have no idea how kaza found rogues to be easy on enhancement.... i have loads of troubles with rogues in any spec other than resto. |

Was good getting 1 round of AB in together Major, we were outnumbered and outlasted those allies on mine a couple of times. Just like in the old days :)
Kaz eats Rogues, that's all i have to say. I guess it helps when WF procs on his Gorehowl! |
