IV, I got WoW Web Stats running this morning and tested it in RFC. If we get a chance lets run heroic mech (or other) tonight to test.
For those that haven't seen it i've linked my run through RFC -

A run through an instance and Kara's a whole lot more interesting and will help us iron out any issues (dps, heals etc) we may be having boss by boss.

do we all need to have it installed for it to work accurately?? i use SWstats and it seems to work well. lets test wow stats against swstats and see if there is any discrepancies.
i like swstats, u can do things like damage done to target, and healing taken etc.. and i like how it breaks down the dmg into what spells u used, and things like crit%. not sure how accurate it is, but it syncs with whoever else is running it. |

Nopes. As far as I know, you just type /combatlog at the start of an instance and the entire combat log gets saved to a file.
You then just upload the combat log to the WWS website and it parses it all for ya.
Something that you do in conjunction with using damage meters, cos I don't think this offers any real time reporting.
I think the point is to let you take a look at the fights more accurately and also to assess your own and your groups performance, like dps/heals/time in combat/rotation etc. |
