Thursday night's run all -
http://wowwebstats.com/k3bcfstuijqqs
Mojo's veratility shows again, dishing out some serious damage and then swapping to a healing role for the last couple of fights. Awesome!
Interesting to see that the melee classes again did some serious damage on Aran. In fact Milt was only present for Curator and Aran and moved straight to the top of the charts on both.
My favourite moment of the night had to be the Big Bad Wolf fight, 4 people down early and we still pwned him. Great stuff..

I'm still loading some of the reports.... i think everyone is reviewing their stats on a monday morning :p
But yeah Beefy i'm impressed - you had some nice consistent dmg happening there. You were on par with most of the other melee guys and your not even as well geared as them - so yeah good work!
I wonder though if a feral druid like you slaps on resto gear - if you can still heal... i mean I can slap on healing gear in any spec and still make out respectably on the heal meters... i wonder if the same holds true for druids and pally's.
Also - the Aran report just loaded and Ugly's up there on DPS again.... not top, but on par with the leader by 6% or so.... (i.e. 18% top to ugly's 12%) which is pretty damn good for a prot tank - seems melee/physical dmg owns in Aran fights.... |

Yeh I enjoyed getting into the action for once. There were only a couple of times where I donned my kitty DPS gear too. I was mostly in my tank gear. Would be great to see how I'd go as fulltime DPS.
I got pissed off tanking PUGs on the weekend and respecced resto... but after going through those stats I might give Feral another chance and see where I can progress from there. As I've told some of the other guys, I feel more like a Druid when I'm in feral spec (aka a Hybrid).
If I slap on my healing gear I might be able to heal a little... but will be missing Swiftmend and NS, if I was in feral spec. Oh and my mana regen would be FTL. I guess I'd be good for spot heals but not burst. |

true your missing swiftmend & NS but your overall healing power and mana pool should be about the same.... your MP5 stats shouldn't change, and you'll always have innervate.
Much the same story with me in enhance or elemental spec. I can still put out decent healing, just missing a few tricks that make life easier.
Heck in enhance spec, i have a talent that gives me 30% of my AP as +dmg/heal....which ends up being almost as powerful as my full resto build. I'm fairly sure druids have the same talent....
Sure you can't deal with spike dmg, but your HoTs will still be damn powerful and an asset in fights where its bias against melee |

True, my HoTs will still be useful in a pinch while still Feral, as long as I put on my healing gear.
The Druid talent you're talking about for druids currently is based on your Str and adds 25/50% of Str to your heals. But since that is all it does, it doesn't seem to be worth the 2 points required to invest in it, imho (unless I expect to do that a lot). When 2.4 comes, the talent has been changed to be based on Agi 50/100%, and also increase healing done to you in Kitty form. Dunno if it will be worth the points then, maybe only in PVP?
