Nice Drac, I used it the other night in H Seth and sadly it seems instant cast didn't make it to the live servers. Again, much QQ'ing by OP arena droods nerfed one of our only chances to beat them.
Personally I blame Beefy.
I must admit though when I come up against a drood in bear form I always forget to use it, too busy trying lay a frosty, wing clip get some distance then concuss the fcker before they charge me, all the while hitting them with my insta cast shots and have the cat use Intimidation if it's up. Waiting for a 2 second cast on scare beast takes too much thinking for my non-pvp brain.
Should duel Beef and Tree a little and see how it works in practice.

I think it would have messed with Feral Arena more than Resto.

I kinda agree that making it instant cast would make it way OP. Theres nothing wrong with a 1.5s cast for fear. Locks pwnface with it as it is.
Against poorly geared druids it has its uses, but with geared druids that have high mana regen, using it as a way to burn mana and interrupt spells kinda sucks abit. I'm not sure instant cast would make too much difference cos its got quite a long CD
