Congrats to all involved in successfully getting 2 groups into Kara on Sunday. Was good to open up the guild list and see 20 70's all in Kara.

Firstly to the casters in Blue Team, my humblest apologies for ninjaing the caster neck on Moroes ... the addition od badges and the fact that we didn't switch to mast loot until we were halfway through looting conspired to confuse me utterly and ... you was robbed ... imma noob.

Blue team, not a bad effort for the first time we got together. 3 bosses down. A couple of first timer raiders in there getting into it. Good all round form after we got a couple ugly wipes out of the way. Try to make it to Thursday night guys. That will enable us on Sunday to give the bigger / better loots a go from the bosses further in.

Red team was fun filling in helping you guys along a bit when you were short.

I noticed a fair bit of tension in the groups, surprisingly coming from the newer raiders rather than some of the older heads. Now please keep in mind we have taken a Prince killing, rarely wiping group and broken it out to form 2 groups in order to get some of you runs in Kara and build to a hopeful 25 man size one day. Please be patient. We wont be super smooth until we all learn the groove and people get their PvE gear upto scratch so they can tank/dmg/heal to level required to make Kara a cake walk. We all struggle when we wipe, we all die, we all learn so remember this is meant to be fun. Enjoy yourselves and support your team mates.

I've decided that i am no longer going to waste my time in Karazhan, bash can lead and i'm sure u can get another healer, its just so boring doing the same fights over and over and over.... i guess the only incentive to go atm is for badges... but even then, we need to make better progress than we have been. team blue (2) had a shocker last night, taking over 4 hours to clear maiden!!!!with repeated wipes on Moroes!!! 35g later!!!! AND i'm not even a tank!!!
When Gawk gets to 70 and gets keyed, i wil be more than willing to run kara again with him, but it is pointless running it on Zullsoka. I was only going to run KZ to help the guild out and to get ppl geared. but when this comes at a price of zapping the fun out of the game, i aint gonna do it no more.
I will be up for ZA whenever we organize it.

ZA should be doable with our best players. atleast the 1st 2 bosses anyway.we have healz covered, and enough tanks, Tree/bash/tyton/bubble??/milt. all who can prob tank it. one thing i would suggest tho, we should go for a run and just test the water, then when we are serious about it, the guild bank could fork out some G for consumables, like flasks and food and w/e we need to help us out.

Well i noticed 20 level 70s on on Sunday night. Perhaps its time to consider 2 teams again, particularly if you can run in one night.
I am not trying to stir up any trouble here and all my congratulations to those who suceeded on nightbane, but as we all know, well at least those of us who find ourselves surplus to requirements more often than not benchwarming sucks a big one.
Now this may only be my experience or perhaps it is hangover from losing one of my more common playmates in Wonju but its been a long time since i was reularly invovled in anything seriously group orientated with this guild. There could be any number of reasons for this none of which i will go into, as the point here is more that the situation exists for guild "members". Now if it exists only for me, thats cool ... that can be sorted, if exists for more than me then its a bit systemic and we should look to how we can amend things a little to ensure people who want to do things in a guild get the chance to.

yeah soz you missed out bashie, but i had the same thoughts as shawne logged on.

The 2 things stopping a second run last nite was:-

* Influxx & Ugly weren't geared or atuned to tank kara (though i think ugly is damn close now) Shawne was there, but you'd need a backup OT for moroes

* not enough healers

I've already spoken to the others, and over this christmas break I will recruit a few more people. I'm planning on opening the doors and getting at least a new 5 man party i.e. healer, tank, and 3 DPS / CC

on top of that i may recruit one of two locks.
