Keeping your addons up to date

With the rampant issues with Omen/KTM since patch 2.4, its become horribly apparent that we need to be more responsive to downloading the latest versions of our mods as they are released.

I've found Wowmatrix http://www.wowmatrix.com/ to be an invaluable tool for doing this. It supports a lot of the popular addons, and takes only a minute or two to run (assuming you update frequently and/or dont use many mods). I haven't gotten any viruses/trojans/keyloggers from it, so it should be OK.

I also use WowAceUpdater http://www.wowace.com/wiki/WinAceUpdater, coz I use a lot of Ace mods.

Both addons let you install/uninstall mods as well. I rarely visit the mod websites anymore Laughing
