Hi all,

Just a quick note to say i'm gonna be moving on.

I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the state of play in IV and my role within it and its not good for all concerned so i'm stepping out. I've done alot in my time in helping the group achieve but find myself surplus to requirements at this point. I like to be a part of something i feel im contributing to but i don't make a good reserve, the bench has never been a place where im comfortable in life.

Its great that we're gearing up the noobs, and that there are people who can't run certain heroics (because they don't have the rep) getting Kara epics. Great for them! For myself, who actually geared myself and carried alot of lesser geared people through into these instances and more, getting benched once these people become geared is a bit of bitter pill so swallow.

I've tried to encourage the formation of more groups in order to alleviate being benched, this resulted in people claiming to never wanna run Kara again and the numbers failing so that we once again ended up with 1 group. 1 group again to which i now find that there people once respecced with a new a deep love for raiding with IV (all which is great) however from a personal perspective i'm sick to death of the sight of the bench which i find myself on more often than not.

I once mentioned that there were certain regular faces in every run. I got shouted down quite heavily for daring to suggest such a thing. I notice last night group config contained was remarkably simliar in that respect. Maybe it is just that wanna be one of those regular faces invovled in the groups ... i think it is ... but im a small and petty man Twisted Evil

I try to live the guild ethos of "Have fun" but i find this is increasingly a solo experience and thats hardly why I'd play online games. So to all my old mates, ttfn it's been a giggle.

No hard feelings, it is just that there's only so long you can run around as substitute for other people's fun on the off chance they discover they need something from you.
